We are now looking for our next Executive Management trainees in Dustin Group! As an Executive Management Trainee at Dustin, you will have a unique opportunity to get a broad understanding of how to drive business on an international level within a listed IT Partner, in a constantly changing environment. You will contribute and take part in exciting projects and initiatives moving Dustin further on our strategic journey in becoming one of the largest IT partners in Europe.From day one, you will get hands-on experience and actively contribute to improving our ways of working and achieving results. You will learn and grow alongside our Executive Leadership Team, leaders and colleagues across Europe who are eager to support you. As you grow, we grow!This trainee-year will kick-start your career by providing you opportunities to develop within areas such as Marketing, Strategy, Sales, Operations, and HR. Beyond that, you will get a mentor from the organisation, participate in a leadership training program and get the opportunity to own a project within another department.
