About the RoleIn this position, you will oversee the coordination, quality control and timely delivery of Ministerial correspondence, briefing notes and related requests. You will provide advice on protocols and processes, work closely with senior stakeholders and Ministerial offices, and help maintain smooth communication channels across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, manage and track Ministerial correspondence and briefing requests.Review and quality‑assure submissions to meet government standards.Allocate actions to relevant officers and monitor progress against strict deadlines.Provide advice on Ministerial processes, protocols and expectations.Support urgent and sensitive research, analysis and investigations.Assist in preparing performance reports on Ministerial workflow and timeliness.Contribute to process improvements and streamlined workflows as needed.About YouYou will be someone who can quickly adapt, understands government processes, and can confidently manage high‑volume, high‑priority correspondence with minimal supervision.
