JOB RESPONSIBILITIES1. Organisational Design (OD)Support the analysis of current organisational structures and recommend enhancements for improved efficiency and alignment. Coordinate engagement sessions with department heads and key stakeholders to gather insights, understand functional needs, and develop tailored OD solutions. Conduct benchmarking and propose industry best practices to strengthen existing OD models. Prepare presentation materials and reports for management review and decision-making. Maintain and record data on OD reviews and activities for reporting. 2. Job Evaluation (JE)Assist in organising and preparing for job evaluation sessions, including the development of presentation materials, business models, and job descriptions.
Monitor and maintain job grade data, documentation, and processes to ensure consistency, transparency, and fairness across evaluations. Support the preparation and review of job descriptions to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organisational requirements. JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Social Sciences or related field (preferred). Experience: 1 – 2 years of working experience in related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
