Job Description

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the daily operations of the bakery section, including production planning, inventory, and quality control.Develop and execute creative menus, seasonal offerings, and signature bakery items.Ensure consistency, presentation, and flavor excellence in all bakery products.Train, mentor, and supervise pastry team members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards in compliance with HACCP and company policies.Collaborate with Executive Chef and F&B team to support events, banquets, and special occasionsQualificationsExtensive experience (at least 5–7 years) working in a high-end pastry or bakery environment, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role such as Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef.Proven track record of managing a pastry kitchen in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or renowned patisserie.Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry artistry, and bread-making.Experience with creating and executing seasonal menus, signature desserts, and large-scale banquets/events.
