Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)Reports To: FounderA highly driven and organised Personal/Executive Assistant is required to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and personal support to a busy CEO who is frequently out of the country. The ideal candidate will act as the CEO’s trusted point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination of business and personal matters, effective communication with team members, and efficient management of ongoing activities in the CEO’s absence.This role demands discretion, initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic and fast paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily scheduleCoordinate communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholdersOversee and support team activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely updates while the CEO is awayHandle a range of personal and professional tasks, including errands, document organization, and confidential correspondencePrepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes as neededMonitor and manage project timelines, ensuring tasks are completed and follow ups are made on outstanding itemsAnticipate the CEO’s needs and provide proactive administrative supportMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with absolute discretionCoordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel (local and international)Ensure the CEO’s office runs efficiently in their absenceQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadershipExcellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Trello, etc.)Strong written and verbal communication skillsDiscreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential matters professionallyAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions under pressureFlexible and adaptable to changing schedules, priorities, and travel needsPreferred AttributesProactive and solution oriented mindsetConfident, professional, and polished demeanourStrong interpersonal skills for managing diverse team interactionsExcellent time management and prioritisation skillsAvailability to occasionally work outside standard office hours when necessaryCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (commensurate with experience)Opportunities for growth and long term engagementDynamic and supportive work environment
