Job SummaryExecutive, Product Development focuses on cloud and cybersecurity solutions. The executive will support our product development manager, help analyze markets, and contribute to bringing innovative and secure solutions to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in defining and documenting product requirements for our cloud and cybersecurity offerings.Help conduct market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.Support the creation of product specifications and user stories.Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams throughout the process.Help manage product backlogs and track feature development.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud computing and cybersecurity.Provide support for our cloud and cybersecurity solutions, helping internal and external stakeholders.Key QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in product development, solution support, or a related technical role, preferably within cloud computing or cybersecurity.Foundational knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) conceptsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)).An understanding of cybersecurity technologies (e.g., firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM).Ability to assist with market research and data gathering.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills.A strong passion for technology and a desire to contribute to building secure, high-quality solutions.Experience in the telecommunications industry, a managed security service provider (MSSP), a system integrator, or a B2B technology company is a plus.Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines.
