Executive, Product Development (Connectivity, Mobile & Infra)

Job SummaryThe Executive, Product Development is a pivotal role, driving the evolution of innovative and secure solutions across our core service offerings. The role will support the Product Development Manager by conducting market analysis, defining requirements, and contributing to the successful launch and lifecycle management of Connectivity, Mobile & Infrastructure products. Your work will be key in bringing high-value, secure, and cutting-edge solutions to our enterprise and business customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in defining product requirements for mobile services, Fixed Connectivity (Fiber, dedicated access), IoT solutions, and core Network Infrastructure offerings.Support the analysis of network capabilities and technologies to identify new service creation opportunities for better performance and reach.Help track the competitive landscape for core telecommunications services and infrastructure deployments.Support the creation of product specifications and user stories.Help manage product backlogs and track feature development in collaboration with engineering and design teams.Provide support for the full product portfolio, assisting internal and external stakeholders with product knowledge and technical inquiries.Key QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.Experience: 1–2 years of experience in product development, solution support, or a related technical role, preferably within the telecommunications industry, a managed service provider, or a B2B technology company.Foundational knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) concepts.Familiarity with core Telecommunications concepts (e.g., cellular networks, fixed line services, mobile services).Ability to assist with market research and data gathering, coupled with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written and verbal) skills.A strong passion for technology and a desire to contribute to building secure, high-quality, and market-leading solutions.
