The position supports the Product Manager for the Voice/FBB segment by identifying business gaps and growth opportunities. Responsibilities also include daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis of key business KPIs such as sales, churn, and revenue.HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENTSupport the development and execution of the FBB/voice segment strategy and value propositions, including product, pricing, branding, promotions, and performance impact analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement strategic revenue and penetration initiatives, particularly to increase voice adoption in the customer base.Coordinate with Pricing and relevant teams to ensure timely evaluation and approval of business cases, supported by data extraction and analytical insights.Plan and execute customer value management (CVM) campaigns to increase awareness, upsell the portfolio using the Next Best Offer (NBO) framework, and drive engagement.Develop and execute marketing initiatives by creating Marcom campaign briefs, ensuring customer touchpoint effectiveness through mock calls and mystery shopping, and tracking campaign performance and outcomes.Develop and manage reporting frameworks to track customer behavior, regional performance, and key commercial KPIs including new sales, restorations, churn, core base movements, and migrations, while supporting the resolution of product-related technical issues.WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULQualificationMinimum Bachelor’s degree required.PTCL Group's family-centric policies, offering 6-month maternity and 30-day paternity leave, along with a hybrid work model, redefine the workplace for a balanced and fulfilling career.
