The Bridge Consultancy cum Training Management Firm is looking for EXECUTIVE (Program Development)Key PointsThe Bridge, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, has been dedicated to delivering tailored programs both locally and internationally since its establishment in 2008.Job Description / ResponsibilityManage client relationshipsDraft travel itinerariesPrepare invoices, budgets, contracts, and legal documentsDevelop Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Expressions of Interest (EOIs)Coordinate with foreign partners to arrange training institutions, hotels, transportation, and guidesDesign training schedules based on needs assessmentsPerform both in‐house and occasional field workContract Terms Duration: 3 months (contractual)Review: Performance will be evaluated at the end of the contract; high performers may be offered a permanent positionEducational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMinimum graduation in any discipline (freshers highly encouraged to apply)Skills Required: Research, MS Office, Communication, Microsoft Word, Attention to details, Microsoft Excel, Canva, FLUENCY IN ENGLISH LANGUAGEExperience RequirementsAt most 1 year(s)Additional RequirementsProficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelFluency in English (written and spoken)Smart, proactive, and confident communicatorEnglish Language ProficiencyIELTS band score ≥ 7.0 is an advantageCandidates from English‐medium or English‐version backgrounds are encouraged to applyJob LocationDhaka (Banglamotor)SalaryTk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
