Job SummaryThe Executive Program Director will oversee and manage complex programs ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This role requires extensive experience in program governance and communication with a focus on delivering impactful results. The candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts and will not require travel. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in analytics to drive program success.ResponsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of program strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.Oversee program governance to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Provide clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization to ensure program alignment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success and achieve desired outcomes.Monitor program progress and performance making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate program support and engagement.Utilize analytics to inform decision-making and optimize program performance.Ensure that all program activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.Identify and mitigate risks to ensure program stability and success.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the program team.Manage program budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.Report on program status and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.QualificationsPossess extensive experience in program governance and communication demonstrating a strong track record of success.Have a deep understanding of analytics and its application in program management.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to drive program success.Show proficiency in managing complex programs within a hybrid work model.Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Hold a relevant certification in program management or a related field.Certifications RequiredPMP Certification or PgMP Certification
