We operate with speed, rigor, and a high bar for quality.We’re now hiring an Executive Recruiter who can thrive in a fast-moving environment, support multiple concurrent searches, and help elevate the Search Science brand through exceptional research, candidate evaluation, and client delivery.Role OverviewThe Executive Recruiter will lead full-lifecycle recruitment across a variety of industries, functions, and seniority levels — from individual contributors to VP/C-Suite roles.You will work closely with the CEO and delivery team on:Market mappingDeep candidate researchSourcing, qualification, and outreachCandidate management and experienceClient updates, narratives, and reportingSupporting search strategy, insights, and deliverablesThis role requires someone who is sharp, organized, a fast learner, and naturally curious.
