Your primary responsibility will be to lead the recruitment of senior executives and specialized professionals who can contribute to Waymo’s growth and innovation. You will develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to identify top-tier talent, build and maintain strong relationships with executive clients and decision-makers, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process. Your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiations. As an external representative of Waymo, you will cultivate a professional presence in the industry, leveraging your network and expertise to attract passive talent.
