The role requires strong networking skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to identify and engage high-caliber talent to meet client requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing & AcquisitionIdentify and engage passive and active candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and headhunting. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical executive positions.
Client & Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with the Recruitment Manager to understand client requirements and role specifications. Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers with detailed assessments. Screening & SelectionConduct detailed interviews and competency-based assessments. Evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Industry SpecializationMaintain up-to-date knowledge of talent trends in Health, Education, and Banking sectors. Advise clients and management on market salary benchmarks and talent availability. Process & ComplianceEnsure recruitment activities adhere to company policies and labor law requirements. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on executive and white-collar hiring. Proven track record in Health, Education, or Banking sectors is an advantage. Strong sourcing, headhunting, and networking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
