Today we have successfully expanded our Retail space across Direct Stores, Department Stores, Travel Retail, and we are still growing.About The RoleMain ResponsibilitiesSupport Retail Marketing Manager for creating quarterly promotion plan and activities for each retail channels. (both on/offline)Develop and propose promotion schemes based on sales demands, aligned with business objective based on marketing calendar. Support execution of all retail campaigns from beginning to an end.Control/manage external agency for executing all promotional activities and projects including offline events.Responsible for planning and producing a variety of in-store activation materials and collaterals.Provide timely follow-up on ad-hoc retail requests.Manage Retail Marketing expenses and create PO for budget tracking.About YouSkills And ExperienceMinimum 3-4 years of Retail Marketing or related experience preferably in various channels both offline/online.Have a good understanding of the nature of the retail environment, especially DS.Mindset to quickly adapt to changes and Proactive, problem-solving attitudeBackground in the FMCG industry is a plusHave ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
