Job ResponsibilitiesSell radio airtime, integrated packages, and digital inventory.Achieve individual sales targets and submit weekly updates.Retain existing clients and grow new business.Coordinate campaigns with clients and agencies.Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.Manage client accounts, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.Maintain accurate sales records and client databases.Execute CRM programs and follow SOPs.Track market trends and propose sales strategies.Ensure compliance with credit terms and finance SOPs.Job RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.1–2 years sales experience, preferably in media/advertising.Strong in English and BM.Good presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player.Own transport and willing to travel.
