✈️International Sales Manager/Executive for Insero Air Traffic SolutionsCan you build the Insero ATS Footprint Across Europe?(Horsens, Denmark · Recruitment handled by We Compare on behalf of Insero Air Traffic Solutions A/S)Insero Air Traffic Solutions designs, develops, delivers, and supports mission-critical Air Traffic Management solutions for airports, remote tower centres, and Air Navigation Service Providers, covering data management, systems integration, and control systems for both manned aviation and UAS/drones.What you’ll doBuild relationships and drive growth in the European ANSP community.Own business development for Insero ATS’s product portfolio (e.g., Insero AviCast, AviSky, SERIS).Plan and execute marketing and promotion activities, including product presentations and live demos.Manage and actively contribute to writing winning proposals in close collaboration with the technical team.Negotiate and close complex multi-stakeholder project sales.What you’ll bringAn outgoing, innovative, and strategic team player, strong at building relationships, navigating partner/customer politics, and convinced that success is a whole-company effort.Relevant education in international sales and/or a technical degree.Strategic, tactical, and analytical mindset; able to define and execute account strategies.Proven experience in international B2B/B2G project and software sales is required.Ability to contribute to high‑quality commercial and technical proposals.Proficient written and spoken Danish and English.Proficient user of Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Nice to have; prior experience in the Air Traffic Management / ANSP industry.Security‑clearance eligibility: clean criminal record and residence in a NATO or EU country for the past 7 years (household).Culture & TeamTheir leadership is built on trust, and their culture reflects it: teammates who are genuinely passionate, about what they build, about aviation and the domain, and about the community they share with customers and colleagues, as they navigate complex challenges.
