Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has made us a trusted name in the industry.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to lead and expand our export business of fresh Thai fruits and vegetables across Europe, focusing on Eastern, Southern, and Western regions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the European fresh produce market, an established client network, and proven sales skills in international trading or food distribution.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to increase exports of Thai fruits and vegetables across Europe.Identify and establish new clients — including importers, wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business growth.Regularly travel across assigned European regions to meet existing customers and arrange meetings with new potential clients.Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings to promote Thai produce.Coordinate closely with internal teams in Thailand — including Procurement, QC, and Export Operations — to ensure smooth order processing and documentation.Maintain high customer satisfaction through responsive communication and after-sales support.Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales reports to management.Maintain a strong understanding of import regulations, quality standards, and packaging requirements within EU countries.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in fresh produce.Strong understanding of European market regulations and trading practices.Proven track record in developing and managing B2B accounts.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional European language (e.g., Spanish, Italian, French, or German) is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, etc.).Must be based in Eastern, Southern, or Western Europe and able to travel regularly within the region.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.BenefitsCompetitive base salary Annual bonus performance-basedTravel AllowancePhone allowanceCareer growth opportunities in international trade
