The Role:Client Engagement: Build and manage a portfolio of clients within the specialty chemicals industry. Understand their hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and recruit top-tier candidates through strategic methods including cold calling, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates in chemicals and advanced materials. What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Engineering).Professional background in the Specialty Chemicals or Plastics industry.Strong sales acumen and/or experience in high-volume phone-based roles.Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.Must be based in or willing to commute to our Atlanta, GA office.
