Role Description This full-time position as an Executive Secretary is an on-site role located in Jeddah. The role includes managing clerical tasks, providing executive administrative support, facilitating internal and external communications, assisting in company secretarial duties, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Executive Secretary will work closely with the leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of various administrative functions. Qualifications Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, organizing, and managing correspondence effectively.Strong Communication abilities, including verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience in Company Secretarial Work, including record-keeping, reporting, and compliance tasks.Capable of providing Executive Administrative Assistance to senior management, including calendar management and travel coordination.Excellent Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal team members.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role is advantageous.
