Job DescriptionDemonstrate strong experience with numbers, analytics, and advanced Excel skills to support reporting, tracking, and decision-making tasks.Maintain and manage the calendar, appointments, and schedule of the Chief Investment Development Officer.Arrange internal and external meetings, attend as needed, and record detailed minutes and action points.Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries.Handle incoming and outgoing communications including calls, emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely response and redirection where necessary.Coordinate with key stakeholders internally and externally on behalf of the Chief, ensuring smooth information flow.Maintain organized filing systems—both electronic and paper—for quick retrieval of confidential and critical information.Draft, format, and manage confidential documents, reports, memos, and official correspondence.Monitor office supplies and maintain office readiness in coordination with the administrative team.Assist in organizing and tracking invoices, statements, and financial documentation related to the Investment Development function.Support the coordination of budget-related activities and procurement documentation for the office.Conduct preliminary research on global industry trends and sector developments.Assist in the preparation of sector development documents, including value propositions, sector plans, and investor profiles.Contribute to organizing and compiling briefing materials for meetings with anchor investors and key partners.Job Evaluation Experience: 5–7 years of experience in executive or senior administrative roles, preferably supportingC-level executives.Experience in a government, free zone, or investment development environment is a plus.Arabic Speaker is preferredStrong Experience in PowerPoint and ExcelEducation and Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration
