Then we look forward to your application!Your ChallengeExecutive Support to the COO: Independent organization and coordination of appointments and meetings at board/management level, as well as manage the COO’s calendar with the utmost care.Communication & Office Management: Handle incoming email correspondence and serving as the first point of contact for incoming calls on behalf of the COO.Central Interface with Global Visibility & Network: Ensure smooth information flow and a professional external presence with internal and external stakeholders.Meeting & Event Coordination: Organizing internal events and external appearances of the COO; full coordination of meetings including invitations, room bookings, technical setup, and catering.Collaboration: Close cooperation with the Chief of Staff to the COO, the Executive Secretaries and Assistants to the CEO and CFO, as well as with divisions and functions.Document Preparation: Printing and compiling existing materials to ensure optimal preparation for appointments and events.Travel & Expense Management: Planning and booking of national and international business trips including travel documents and agendas; processing of credit card and travel expense reports, receipt management, time tracking, and company car administration.Your ProfileCompleted commercial education (A-level equivalent or higher), or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in a secretarial role, ideally within an international board/management environmentProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams); SAP knowledge is a plusExcellent written and spoken German and English; confident and professional communication style at board/management levelStrong organizational skills and a service-oriented attitude with a confident demeanorHigh level of discretion, reliability, and flexibilityIndependent, structured, and conscientious work styleOur OfferYou can expect a modern working environment with a high degree of creative freedom. (collective agreement for chemical industry).
