The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective graphic designs to support our marketing, branding, and communication efforts. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to develop design concepts, producing high-quality visual assets, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative concepts and design materials for various marketing and communication needsYou will be working within the Corporate Office/Marketing & Communications team in brainstorming and developing effective and creative communication materials including brochures, advertisements, newsletters, and other marketing materialsAble to create creative and trending social media posts and content management on various social media platformsOrganise, maintain, and manage project files, templates, and image libraries to ensure efficient workflow and accessibilityEnsure all design assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional brand image across all channelsPossess photography, videography, and editing skills — an added advantage that contributes to producing high-quality multimedia contentKnowledge in basic web design and Content Management Systems (CMS) will be considered an added advantage Education and professional skills / knowledgeExperience & Education:A recognised Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Art, Graphic Design or equivalentAt least 1 year of relevant working experience, with up to 5 years preferred for senior level considerationProficient in design and productivity software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Microsoft Office applicationsOther Skills:Demonstrate strong creative flair, originality, and a keen eye for visual designAble to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects within desired deadlinesAble to work collaboratively with other departments as well as independently on projectsThank you for your application.
