Executive/Senior Executive, E-Commerce

Seeking for an Executive/Senior Executive, E-Commerce. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, this person will assist in e-commerce operations and execute promotional strategies in line with brand guidelines to ensure overall brand’s objectives are achieved.E-Commerce Operations Assist the E-commerce Manager to spearhead the strategic development of our eCommerce business Liaising closely with our enabler(s) to ensure smooth daily operationsSupport the planning and execution of e-commerce campaignsManage Shopee/ Tiktok LivestreamsMeasure effectiveness and ROI of marketing activitiesSupport the planning and execution of marketing plans for new product launches, etc. to boost brand visibility and awarenessManage and maintain the brand’s presence on social media platformsManage the daily operations and promotional campaignsMeasure effectiveness and ROI of marketing activitiesMonitoring of marketplace onsite ads to ensure cost efficiency and ROI are according to target and budget.InventoryMonitor inventory to ensure healthy stock levelsOptimizing inventory health and sufficiency for each platformEnsure new product launches reach enabler(s) warehouse before official product launch dateBrand websiteWeb merchandising including ensuring updated listings and store maintenance for THE WHOO & THEFACESHOP brand websiteCommunicate with enabler(s) to do website revamp & follow up on any required maintenance contract or server maintenanceAdministrativeCheck of sales order report/return report from enabler(s) and key out sales/return in SAPCheck income report reconciliation report from enabler(s)Key in Web Account for any invoices receivedMaintenance of tracking files for inventory/daily sales and others (if any) Competitor Analysis on marketplaces on a monthly basisRequirementsRelevant University Degree (or Diploma holder, minimum 1 year working experience in e-commerce function, preferably in the Beauty industry)Candidates with relevant work experiences may be considered for senior rolesGood knowledge & exposure to marketplaces eg: Shopee/Lazada (compulsory) & ideally with TiktokProficient in MS Office; especially with focus on Microsoft ExcelGood communication and interpersonal skillsA strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentResourceful, with a positive can-do attitudeAble to work in Central CBD area
