We are the exclusive importer of 300+ labels of wines from around the world, craft beers, glassware and related accessories, as well as selected delicatessen products.Since our inception in 1998, Wine Connection has steadily grown the number of wine retail shops and diversified into the full-service restaurant business by introducing the integrated retail wine shop – restaurant concept, becoming the leader in Thailand and Singapore with 81 outlets to date, and counting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operational AR/collections activities and month-end close process to achieve accuracy in financial accounts and meet deadlines.Record and reconcile daily sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems or other relevant softwareEnsure proper classification of sales, discounts and returnsOversees the accurate handling of cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methodsReconcile cash register and report any discrepanciesEnsure accuracy of daily/monthly/yearly recording of sales/AR transactions into accounting systemGenerate and issue invoices for E-Commerce, Events and B2B and ensure billing accuracy and compliance with SOPAnalyse sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvementAssist with periodic financial closing activities and external audits, providing support to finance management where required including ad-hoc analysis or special projects.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and external audit requirementsSupport internal and external audit processes related to sales transactions and inventoryEngage with internal and external stakeholders on receivables and collection matters, including resolving irregularities and assisting with external queries.Any other duties as assigned.Qualifications and RequirementsDegree or Diploma in accounting or equivalent fields with minimum 2 years of Account Receivable experiencePreferably worked in F&B, Retail, E-Commerce IndustryExperience in handling large volume of transactions, preferably in F&B, Retail, E-Commerce IndustryProficient in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365Good team player with positive attitude and able to multi-task.Ability to work independently and work under tight deadlines and pressure in a fast-paced environment.Resourceful, organized, meticulous individual with strong analytical skills.Benefits & Perks:Career Advancement Opportunities in Asia’s largest wine retail and wine-themed restaurant chainExclusive Staff Discounts on our extensive range of productsComprehensive Medical Benefits including unlimited GP visitsAWS (13th Month Salary) for an extra boost to your annual incomeProgressive Annual Leave starting at 18 days, with an additional day earned for every year of service...and many more!Join us to experience a rewarding work environment full of exciting perks and professional support!By applying for this role, I consent to the Company in using my information submitted to assess my suitability for the role and for future recruitment purposes for a period of 1 year.
