We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill up the roles as Executive/Senior Executive, Stakeholder Business Partner.ResponsibilitiesTo serve as the frontline liaison between the Bank and its external/internal stakeholders.Leverage on the strategic partnership and working on activities that contribute to overall Bank’s financing approvals in term of number and value through financing of SMEs within the eco-system of the strategic partners.Ensuring strong relationship management, consistent engagement, and smooth coordination of programmesMaintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders (ministries, agencies, industry bodies, private sector partners, associations).Act as the single point of contact for escalation, queries, coordination, and information flow.Conduct stakeholder mapping, profiling, tiering, and engagement planning.Track stakeholder issues, expectations and opportunities for collaboration.Support execution of engagement activities, events and forums.Monitor stakeholder sentiment and manage early warning indicators of conflicts or disconnects.RequirementsMinimum Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in relevant disciplines.Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in managing stakeholders would be preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
