Executive, Service (Commercial Vehicle)

Key Responsibilities:Handle Telematics activation and assignment processes to ensure proper tracking and monitoring.Support and guide branches in implementing selected Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Provide assistance to branches on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) matters to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Monitor and support the JKKP renewal process and ensure timely maintenance of equipment.Assist branches in Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) submissions and approval processes.Prepare and submit reports as required by management.Coordinate NSO meetings with branches, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.Support branches in the procurement of tools and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with company guidelines.Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or Deputy General Manager (DGM).Requirement:Minimum Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of working experience in the automotive industry, preferably in operations, technical, or branch support functions.Basic understanding of EHS, JKKP, CAPEX, and telematics systems is an advantage.Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.Able to work independently and manage multiple branches or projects efficiently.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
