DBL Group is looking for Executive/ Sr. Executive - Elevator Sales (Distribution)Job Description / ResponsibilityGenerate new business opportunities through client visits, networking and market research.Promote elevator and escalator products to developers, contractors, consultants, and building owners.Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and real estate sector.Provide timely responses to client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinate with the technical/service team to ensure client requirements are met.Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts.Prepare every month sales reports for management review.Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with clients in alignment with company policies.Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the sales process.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Skills Required: sales and DistributionExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of CompaniesAdditional Requirements2–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in elevators, escalators,).Strong knowledge of the construction and real estate market is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERPJob LocationDhaka
