Job Description

Team Group is looking for Executive / Sr. Executive - HR & AdminJob Description / ResponsibilityCoordinate the end-to-end recruitment process.Prepare job postings, screen CVs, arrange interviews, and assist in the selection process.Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding.Monitor employee attendance and leave management.Prepare monthly salary sheets.Assist with employee benefits, overtime, and final settlements.Support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.Assist with discipline and documentation.Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and organize internal/external training programs.Maintain training records for employees.Manage HRIS, employee personal files, and HR records.Generate periodic HR reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment status, etc.)Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource ManagementMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource ManagementSkills Required: Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multit, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.Experience Requirements2 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Retail Store,Garments,Group of CompaniesJob LocationDhaka
