This includes assisting with the production process, meeting quality standards, and managing the production team. The Executive/ Associate will also work with other departments to ensure the company operates efficiently and effectively.Assist with the production process of gypsum board, from raw materials to finished productEnsure that quality standards are met at all stages of productionSupport the management of the production team, including hiring, training, and evaluating employeesWork with other departments to ensure that the company is operating efficiently and effectivelyMonitor production costs and make recommendations for improvementStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practicesRepresent the company at industry events and meetingsLearn and develop new skills and knowledge in the gypsum board industryAny other task assigned by managementEducational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in ChemistryExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)Job LocationNarayanganj
