MINMETAL BD LIMITED is looking for Executive/Sr. Executive- HR & ComplianceJob Description / ResponsibilityWe are a leading Metal products company in Bangladesh with the vision of creating a positive impact in the economy of the country as well as in the life of our valued employees. Currently we are looking for a highly competent HR Professional for our factory who will be responsible to steer the overall HR, Admin & Compliance operations in a highly professional manner.Manage HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.Ensure all the operations of the factory are fully compliant with applicable local law & Economic Zone policy of Bangladesh.Keep the factory ready for any type of audit/visit (Social Compliance Audit, Chemical/Environment Management Audit, General Security Verification Audit & Technical Audit and prepare & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan) within deadlineStreamline manpower planning & budgeting procedure.Managing the recruitment and selection process.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource ManagementBachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration,or a related field from a recognized university.A Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM will be considered an added advantage.Experience RequirementsAt least 4 year(s)Job LocationJamalpurSalaryTk. 20000 - 40000 (Monthly)
