Support Medical Leadership, Make an Impact – Executive Support Officer Wanted Provide high-level, confidential executive support to the Executive Director of Medical Services and contribute to the success of the Metro South Medical Workforce Team Your New RoleProvide confidential, high-level executive and secretarial support to the Executive Director Medical Services, including document preparation, briefing notes, and diary management. Coordinate key meetings and communications across Metro South Health, contributing to process improvements and efficient workflow management. Act proactively to analyse issues, support project implementation, and foster effective relationships with stakeholders.
