We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to build and lead a world-class finance and FP&A function. Reporting to the CEO and collaborating closely with General Managers, external accounting partners, and private equity investors, this role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll play a key role in guiding the company’s financial strategy, operational decision-making, and acquisition integration as it scales. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial LeadershipBuild a scalable, integrated finance function across the holding company and portfolio entitiesEstablish and own forecasting, budgeting, and reporting cadences, with monthly reforecasting and variance analysisLaunch live dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into portfolio company and consolidated performanceDevelop a robust contribution margin model and partner with GMs to operationalize it as a strategic toolEvaluate and guide new revenue initiatives through rigorous financial modeling and ROI analysisDeliver board- and investor-ready financial packages that inspire confidence and enable decision-makingOperational PartnershipServe as a thought partner to General Managers and the CEO, embedding financial thinking into daily decision-makingOptimize pricing, margins, and unit economics across all business linesIdentify and track key financial and operating KPIs; drive accountability for performance across portfolio companiesLead the annual budget cycle, ensuring alignment across business units and maintaining variance disciplineM&A and IntegrationPartner with the CEO and investors on M&A strategy, financial diligence, and integration planningBuild models and scenarios to support acquisition analysis, synergy planning, and post-close executionOversee financial onboarding of newly acquired companies, driving standardization and alignmentSystems and InfrastructureSelect and implement scalable financial tools and ERP systems to support multi-entity reporting and consolidationCreate internal processes, controls, and documentation that improve accuracy, speed, and complianceBuild and develop a high-performing finance team over time; lead by example with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentalityRequired Skills and Qualifications:
