Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Engineer with a focus on software (SW) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and validating software applications and systems in real-world environments to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and quality. This role requires occasional travel up to 40% of work time and close co-operation with customers, partners, and the entire product organization. Job SummaryYou will work in close collaboration with the whole Product Organization.

You will have the responsibility for conducting field tests on software applications and systems, gathering and analyzing data, troubleshooting issues, and preparing detailed reports. You will also collaborate with design, development, and quality assurance teams to ensure software meets specified requirements and standards. Your roleMore Specifically, As a Test Engineer, You WillConduct Field Testing: Perform comprehensive field tests on software applications and systems to evaluate their performance under various conditions. Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data from field tests to identify issues, trends, and areas for improvement. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software-related issues encountered during field testing.

Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation of test results, including observations, findings, and recommendations. Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and quality assurance teams to ensure software meets specified requirements and standards. Compliance: Ensure all software testing complies with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement: Propose and implement improvements to testing methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy +Introduce and use test automation where feasible. Support with Product Support and Demo Activities: Provide your support for product support activities and demo activities.
