Functions: Exleasingcar is seeking a new Sales Development Manager in the context of the exclusive partnership with BCA EuropeBuilding new client relationships with dealerships, dealer groups, traders, and large accounts across Lithuania and the Baltics, including regular in-person meetings;Developing existing accounts through strong performance, close collaboration;Identifying business potential and working closely with product and operations teams;Providing regular reports on client visits, outreach efforts, and achieved KPIs. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in the automotive sales industry. Native/advanced Lithuanian speaker and advanced level of English; knowledge of Latvian, Estonian, or Ukrainian is a strong plus.
