Will you be part of it?ResponsibilitiesOwn the performance of Exotec systems at client sitesOversee the reliability of client sites, analyzing performance, and creating and executing performance improvement plansAnalyze the root cause of issues escalated from Exotec Control CenterAct as level 2 escalation for non-core products (3rd party conveyors, etc.
) Work directly with clients to diagnose and resolve interoperability issues Plan and execute site software and system updatesIn conjunction with the sites managers, coach on-site technicians on site best practices to support uptime targetsPropose and help drive maintenance procedures and process improvements across North America and globally.
