Job Description:Prepare BQ (Bill of Quantity) and develop project specificationsHandle store expansion and maintenanceManage projects including quality checks, handovers, and timelinesFinalize technical drawingsAttend building management meetings for design approval, handover, ME inspection, etc.Carry out BAU (Business As Usual) activitiesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in ArchitectureMinimum 1 year of experience in project managementStrong communication skillsEnergetic, able to work independently and in a teamWilling to travel for site inspections and project monitoring
