The ideal candidate should be a growth-obsessed, results-driven professional ready to shape the future of urban mobility across Sri Lanka.What You’ll Do:This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual to manage and execute market expansion and densification initiatives.1. Drive Growth & Strategic ExpansionExpansion Leadership: Drive supply and demand in newly launched cities, ensuring a strong, sustainable performance foundation from day one.Opportunity Unlocking: Identify, analyze, and execute tactics to densify existing markets and unlock new, untapped growth opportunities within the newly launched cities.Local Pulse & Community Engagement: Plan, execute, and oversee on-ground campaigns, activation events, and promotional activities specifically designed to accelerate both driver acquisition and rider demand generation to ensure company maintains top of mind in the city, building trust and long-lasting loyalty with riders and driver-partners.2. Supply Channel Management & Results OrientationChannel Ownership: Take full ownership and actively manage all local supply acquisition channels and local partnerships to ensure continuous pipeline health in the region / newly launched citiesTarget Setting: Accurately set and manage ambitious weekly targets for all supply acquisition and demand generation channels.Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate supply and demand performance metrics against goals, utilizing data to pivot strategies and ensure targets are exceeded weekly.3. Troubleshooting & Operational ExcellenceLocal Authority Engagement: Proactively establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key local authorities to build a supportive ecosystem for the growth.Root Cause Analysis: Actively investigate operational issues, dig deep to understand the fundamental root cause of problems, and proactively surface actionable insights and solutions to the leadership teams.Swift Resolution: Act as the first line of defense for field-level blockers, using a hands-on approach to swiftly address agent reluctance, miscommunication, or operational inefficiencies.What You’ll Need:A Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in logistics, operations, sales, or marketing within the tech or logistics industry (or relevant field).Proficiency in two languages. (3rd language will be an added advantage).
