To confirm the booking acceptable with destination office. To strictly follow up DLSOP to handle shipment booking in principle of timely and reasonable manner by achieving objective of best profit. Get Manager’s Loss Approval before moving plan.

To handle and monitor the local process including trucking, declaration as well as the warehouse loading. To handle and answer customers’ enquiries. To keep closely contact with customer and destination office to make sure the shipment is moved smoothly. To collect and check shipping documents (CLP, Declaration docs, ISF) timely and make sure the docs is accurate. To finish the settlement timely and accurately as per GBO. Cooperate with DOC team to monitor A/R & escalate to Supervisor once the A/R duration over 30 days. To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department’s needs.

QualificationsCollege above, with more than 1 year carrier or freight forwarder working experience. Good command English and PC skill. Experienced in handling export documents and operations is highly preferred.
