Technical Experience Designer to join our creative and technical team working within the world of football — with a particular focus on the culture, performance, and storytelling of goalkeeping. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position with a 90-day trial period, based remotely.About the RoleThis position bridges design excellence with technical execution. The Technical Experience Designer will own and lead our Figma ecosystem, ensuring the full leverage of its most advanced features. This person will drive innovation across design systems, interactivity, and storytelling — creating immersive, dynamic, and technically informed user experiences. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our development and art departments to build cohesive, scalable, and engaging product experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain our Figma environment, ensuring optimal use of components, variants, and prototyping capabilities.Build and maintain scalable design systems that unify visual, interaction, and motion design.Translate design intent into interactive, data-informed prototypes and experiences.Collaborate with front-end engineers to connect design with code-level execution.Work across departments to align storytelling, visuals, and interactivity for maximum engagement.RequirementsWe’re looking for a designer who thrives at the intersection of design craft and technical execution. The ideal candidate understands how to move from concept to functional experience, combining creativity with structured, systematic thinking.Must Have:Proven experience designing and prototyping in Figma (advanced level) with strong preference for expertise in Figma as the central design environment.Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, interactive design, and motion systems.Ability to manage design systems and maintain consistency across digital products.Experience collaborating with engineers and content teams on production-ready solutions.Strong English communication skills and cross-functional collaboration mindset.Nice to Have:Experience with 3D and motion design tools like Blender, and GSAP.Proficiency with three.js or babylon.js for in-browser interactive 3D experiences.Experience working with Lottie files for lightweight animations and cross-platform motion design.Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging interaction frameworks and design technologies.CompensationContract Type: Full-time Independent Contractor.Initial Term: 3-month trial period with the potential for renewal or extension.
