The Experience Manager will focus on curating exceptional experiences for guests by overseeing customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include improving customer journeys, addressing guest needs, coordinating activities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a remarkable stay.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to understand and exceed guest expectations for all properties of the mother company. Proven expertise in enhancing Customer Experience and delivering personalized services.Advanced Analytical Skills to assess guest feedback, identify trends, and implement improvements.Project Management skills for coordinating activities and ensuring efficient execution of guest services.Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.Experience in hospitality or luxury service industries is highly preferred.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in dynamic situations.
