You’ll also present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. Beyond the problem-solving tasks of a typical client project, you'll lead a team of consultants in their work, guiding and developing individual team members as part of our apprenticeship-based model. You'll also work directly with client executives, usually on site.You will receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teams. This support includes a Partner from Seoul office assigned to you to help guide your career as well as formal training. You will also work with many experts, from data scientists and researchers to software and app designers.Your Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree; Master’s degree and/or advanced professional degree preferred (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) Business management or consulting experience in a reputed companies preferredProven expertise in key industries including, but not limited to financial services, high-tech, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, retail, pharmaceuticals, or travel and logistics Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular settingAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAbility to work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and KoreanWillingness to travel
