Through partnering with the CFO and the treasurer, you will provide insights on leading practices and support the transformational change in their finance and treasury function, while the latter includes liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, payments handling and automation, treasury technology and organizational design.Your Key ResponsibilitiesRedesign of the finance and treasury operating model, including the definition of the organizational structure, policies and controls, processes and technologyOptimize the processes, identifying potential areas for automation and recommending appropriate technology solutionsDevelop the blueprint for finance and treasury systems implementation and support throughout the implementation process with enhanced business analysisSupport the execution of the transformation programs by providing sophisticated Project Management servicesSkills And Attributes For SuccessBuilding strong relationships with clients working collaboratively to achieve their goalsStrong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approachPositive attitude, team working and communication skillsQuick learner, showing flexibility and adaptability in new situations and fast-paced environments.Excellent academic background, including at a minimum a Bachelor and a Master degree in Finance, Business, Econometrics, or other related field. Ph.D. and/or professional qualifications in Treasury or Finance (e.g., CPT, CFA) will be considered an asset.At least 6 years of working experience in the Treasury, Risk or Finance functions of large corporates or Banking or relevant experience in the consulting sector.Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills in English for both technical and business audiences.Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise, and professional manner (both in Greek and English)Project management and client service skills.Ideally, you’ll also haveConsulting experience on the field, including Treasury system selection and full-cycle of TMS implementationWhat We Look ForWhat’s most important is that you’re dedicated to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team.
