Enjoy limitless learning and development opportunities, exposure to diverse markets, and the freedom to bring your creativity, curiosity, and analytical skills to everything you do.What You’ll DoOwn the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of complex technical and R&D roles — from sourcing to offer.Partner with hiring managers to understand business goals, define talent strategies, and act as a trusted recruitment advisor.Design and execute creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels to identify and attract top talent globally.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and transparency throughout the process.Leverage data and insights to track progress, optimize sourcing efficiency, and guide decision-making.Collaborate with your global TA peers on projects, market mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives.Champion inclusion through equitable hiring practices and proactive sourcing strategies.Required Technical And Professional ExpertiseWho are you? 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within technology or R&D functions or an agency across multiple European countries including Poland, UKI etc’. Proven success in sourcing and closing technical candidates across multiple countries.Strong stakeholder management skills — you act as a partner, not just a service provider.Creative problem-solver with analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making. Out of the box thinking. Excellent communication and influencing skills with a positive, can-do mindset.High attention to detail, strong execution focus, and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceNice to HaveFamiliarity with modern sourcing tools, platforms, recruiting analytics and AI. Passion for technology, innovation, and building inclusive teams.Self-starter, independent, results-oriented and executer.Fluent English
