As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesCreate and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior managementCollaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectivesNegotiate and close high-value deals with enterprise-level clientsImplement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade showsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management roleProven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levelsAdvanced negotiation and closing skills, particularly for high-value contractsProficiency in CRM software and sales analytics toolsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesIn-depth understanding of sales forecasting and performance metricsExperience in developing and implementing successful sales strategiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentIndustry-specific knowledge and understanding of market trends (preferred)Sales management certifications (preferred)Additional InformationSandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
