Work alongside traders and engineers to create high-performance systems for global markets - no prior trading experience needed. Collaborate directly with in-house users, dive deep into the domain, and make a lasting impact on our success.What You Bring To WEBBIndustry experience: 2-5 years of engineering in HPC and/or real-time systems - you know the challenges and opportunitiesTechnical mastery: Proficient in C++ and Python, with a solid understanding of systems and network resourcesImpact mindset: You make decisions with purpose, always considering the broader impact on performance and efficiencyKeep it simple: You believe in the power of simplicity, creating clean solutions that avoid unnecessary complexityEndless curiosity: You have a drive to learn, understand, and continuously improve the systems around youTeam player: You're eager to share knowledge and collaborate, helping the team achieve success togetherLanguage skills: You communicate effectively and clearly in English, both written and spoken (French would be required for our Paris office)What We OfferChallenge yourself.
