Experienced Video Editor (Full-Time) – CropCut Studios

We’re looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team at CropCut Studios. If you’re passionate about storytelling through visuals, know your way around Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and can handle both long-form and short-form video editing, we’d love to hear from you!🔧 Requirements:Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After EffectsAbility to edit both long-form content (YouTube, interviews, podcasts, etc.) and short-form videos (reels, TikToks, promos, etc.)Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythmAbility to add motion graphics, text animations, and smooth transitionsExcellent communication and time management skillsCreative mindset with attention to detail💰 Compensation:Salary: 40,000 PKR per month (for 3 months probation period with the scope of increment based on the performance)Working Hours: 8 hours daily (tracked using a time tracker)🧩 Hiring Process:All shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a trial task — editing a 1-minute sample video — to demonstrate their editing style and skill level.⚠️ Important:Please apply only if:You are comfortable with the 40,000 PKR/month salaryYou are okay with using a time tracker during work hoursIf you meet the criteria and are ready to grow with a creative team that values quality and storytelling — we’d love to see your work!
