Experienced Waiter for Restaurant Smith

Rox Resort opened at Køge Marina on November 1st 2025. A place where gastronomy, hospitality, and culture come together in one ambitious universe. We are now looking for experienced waiters for our signature restaurant, Smith.At the heart of Rox Resort you will find Smith, where uncompromising quality meets warm hospitality, local flavors, and international references. Here, you will become part of a team that puts the guest experience first, from first contact to final service.About The RoleIn this role, you will be a permanent part of the core service team, and your experience makes you a natural anchor for both guests and colleagues. You actively contribute to the service flow, take ownership of the host role, and play an important part in ensuring structure, calm, and a positive atmosphere, even when the pace is high. You take part in preparation, service, and closing.Your responsibilities:Ensure a high level of professional and personal service throughout the entire service experienceActively participate in mise en place and restaurant preparationContribute to structure and flow on the floor together with the rest of the teamCreate a safe, positive, and professional atmosphere for guests and colleaguesWe are looking for someone who:Has 1.5-2 years of experience from a restaurant or hotel with a high level of service and energyHas knowledge of and interest in wine and spiritsCan communicate with larger groups and keep an overviewIs present in the moment and passionate about the professionThrives in a fast-paced environment with people and responsibilityIs skilled at reading guests and understanding their needsIs motivated to contribute to the training and development of the team by both providing and receiving feedbackAt Rox Resort, you become part of a company in development with high ambitions and a strong sense of community.
