The role focuses on translating creative concepts into repeatable, revenue-generating business models across entertainment, sports, and hybrid formats.This role centers on evaluating how audience engagement converts into live and experiential moments that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will assess how physical and hybrid experiences can extend storytelling, deepen brand value, and create new commercial models, and how those models scale.It is critical that you understand how IP (podcasts, graphic novels, reality television, etc.) is the root of new forms of live experiences. You should understand the Savannah Bananas strategy, Acquired's arena tour, and why sailing with CrimeCon is an exceptional new form of live event.You are a creative thinker who helps define the future of live experiences, not just describe what already exists.The ideal candidate brings a blend of event strategy, creative development, and commercial fluency. You can balance artistic integrity with measurable impact.Quire will pay a premium rate for an individual who works autonomously, responds rapidly, understands urgency, and demonstrates strong judgment in candidate selection.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate trends and benchmarks in live, hybrid, and experiential events.Develop event frameworks that tie creative storytelling to commercial outcomes.Analyze sponsorship and partnership models across live formats.Assess ROI metrics and post-event audience engagement results.Collaborate with creative partners to scale high-performing event concepts.Map emerging technologies that enhance experiential engagement.Identify patterns in fan participation and retention across event formats.Support development of investor-facing materials tied to event strategy.Produce briefs summarizing the financial logic of experiential activations.Ensure all work aligns with Quire’s precision, creativity, and timeliness standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s DegreeExtensive experience designing or evaluating live events or experiential programs.Understanding of sponsorship, brand activation, and partnership models.Ability to assess ROI and financial performance of experiential initiatives.Knowledge of fan engagement and retention strategies across entertainment sectors.Familiarity with hybrid and digital event formats and supporting technologies.Experience collaborating with creative, brand, and commercial partners.Strong skill in strategic framework development and audience analysis.Ability to communicate creative strategies in clear business terms.Experience managing high-velocity, multi-stakeholder event projects.Comfort working under pressure while maintaining precision and creativity.COMPENSATION (CONTRACT)Compensation for this role is based on experience and ranges from $75 to $100 per hour, with a potential for a higher scale based on more complex creative work. We will pay a premium for candidates with extensive experience.Skills Test and Personality Assessment:Selected candidates will undergo a skills test and personality assessment to ensure alignment with the role and our company culture.You will be working as a contractor, not an employee. The work is highly complex, fast-paced, and requires the utmost skill and professionalism. This position is remote, with no travel required. Quire is an Equal Opportunity Contractor committed to a diversified and inclusive workforce.
