We are seeking a scrum master to join a high-impact delivery team driving enterprise-level transformation initiatives. As a Scrum Master, you will champion Agile principles, facilitate continuous delivery, and empower teams to perform at their best.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesProactively identify and remove impediments to enable seamless deliveryCoach and mentor cross-functional teams in Agile best practices and frameworksMonitor sprint progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with delivery timelinesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and visibility across the project lifecycleMust-Have SkillsStrong Agile/Scrum expertise with deep understanding of Agile principlesExcellent communication and facilitation skillsProven problem-solving capabilities in complex, fast-paced delivery environmentsPreferred Experience10+ years working in Agile delivery rolesExperience within large-scale enterprise or regulated environmentsStrong stakeholder engagement and team leadershipJoin a collaborative team committed to agile excellence and delivery outcomes.
