Job Title: Early in Profession Recruiter (Hebrew SpeakerLocation: Ireland (Remote)Type: 12-Month Contract (Potential to Extend)Hours: 39 hours per weekStart Date: ASAPAbout the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced and passionate Early in Profession Recruiter to join a high-impact talent acquisition team focused on identifying and hiring top emerging talent across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is driven to create a world-class candidate experience across graduate, intern, apprentice, and research hiring pipelines.

This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the development of early talent pipelines and shape the future workforce for one of the world’s most innovative global technology programmes. Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and hire candidates for early-career programmes including interns, apprentices, graduates, and research roles. Candidate Experience: Deliver outstanding engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle—from initial application to final decision—with a strong focus on communication, clarity, and professionalism. Assessment Centres: Organise and lead virtual and in-person assessment centres; provide timely feedback and ensure a fair, transparent process. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business teams on best practices for early talent hiring. Programme Delivery: Help design and execute intern and apprentice programmes; gather feedback to continuously improve programme quality and engagement. Compliance & Insights: Stay informed on local employment law and visa requirements; provide market intelligence and hiring data insights to stakeholders. Team Contribution: Collaborate closely with recruitment colleagues, sharing best practices and supporting team success.

Skills & QualificationsDegree-qualified or equivalent experienceAbility to speak some HebrewStrong recruitment experience, preferably in university or early-career hiringDemonstrated success managing graduate/intern/apprentice programmesExcellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skillsSkilled at managing multiple roles and projects simultaneouslyProficient with recruitment tools (ATS systems) and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environmentStrong knowledge of the local talent market and legal frameworks for hiringWhat’s ProvidedEquipment (laptop and headset)Shared workspace accessOne-stage virtual interview process (30 minutes)How to apply?Send a CV to kacey. norris@experis. co. uk
