This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is driven to create a world-class candidate experience across graduate, intern, apprentice, and research hiring pipelines.
This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the development of early talent pipelines and shape the future workforce for one of the world’s most innovative global technology programmes. Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and hire candidates for early-career programmes including interns, apprentices, graduates, and research roles. Candidate Experience: Deliver outstanding engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle—from initial application to final decision—with a strong focus on communication, clarity, and professionalism. Assessment Centres: Organise and lead virtual and in-person assessment centres; provide timely feedback and ensure a fair, transparent process. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business teams on best practices for early talent hiring. Programme Delivery: Help design and execute intern and apprentice programmes; gather feedback to continuously improve programme quality and engagement. Compliance & Insights: Stay informed on local employment law and visa requirements; provide market intelligence and hiring data insights to stakeholders. Team Contribution: Collaborate closely with recruitment colleagues, sharing best practices and supporting team success.
